Instructions
Rinse and drain the white beans and add them to a large bowl.
Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion, along with the fresh herbs.
Add the olive oil and the lemon juice and toss everything together well.
Serve, or store in the fridge for a few hours until ready to serve.
