Ingredients

  • 8 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 2 pears cut into thin slices
  • 8 slices prosciutto cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8-10 tablespoons Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (recipe linked in instructions below)

Instructions

  • Add the greens to a large bowl or platter.
  • Add the sliced pears on top, along with the prosciutto, crumbled goat cheese, onion and walnuts.
  • When ready to serve, drizzle the Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing on top (recipe HERE), toss, and serve.

Notes

To make this salad ahead of time, simply prepare the salad as directed, pour the dressing on top and toss just before serving.
