Preheat your Air Fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (or 390 degrees Fahrenheit) while you get everything else ready.
Pat dry your salmon fillets with paper towels and trim any loose hanging bits.
Add the oil and lemon to your salmon filets and spread them all over.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper and garlic powder on all sides of the fish.
Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius (or 390 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5-8 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillets. You'll know your salmon is done when it reaches the internal temperature of 51 C or 125 F.
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!

Freezing instructions
This salmon can be frozen in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw it overnight in the fridge.
How to make this recipe with frozen salmon fillets
If you don't have time to thaw your fillets you can make this recipe with frozen ones. Preheat your Air Fryer to 170 degrees C (340 F). Rinse your fillets under warm water to get rid of any excess ice. Go through step 2-4 like you normally would. Air Fry at 170 degrees Celsius (340 F) for 10-15 minutes, (depending on the thickness of the fish) checking the internal temperature of the fillets at the 10 minute mark. Your fish needs to reach an internal temperature of 51 C or 125 F.
