Wash and cut your cauliflower into florets (bite-sized). Let the florets drip and dry out on a paper towel lined plate or clean kitchen towel.
Preheat your Air Fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) while you get everything else ready.
In a bowl, over the florets, spray (or drizzle) olive oil, sprinkle the spices and lemon juice (if using). Mix them well so that the florets are coated all over.
Spray or drizzle ½ tbsp of oil in your air fryer
Place your cauliflower florets in the basket or tray of your Air Fryer in a single layer, so that they don’t overlap.
Air Fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 5-7 minutes, shaking your basket halfway. Your cauliflower florets are done when they start to brown. Do the same with the other half of your florets, if cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding (this will depend on the size of your air fryer).
Enjoy!
Notes
To make with frozen cauliflower:
Preheat your Air Fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) while you get everything ready. Don’t thaw your cauliflower at all. If there's excess ice buildup on your cauliflower florets rinse them under water and dry them with paper towels. Add the florets to a bowl and mix with the oil and spices. Place in the Air Fryer basket/tray and air fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Take out and shake very well. Air Fry again for another 7-8 minutes. Your cauliflower florets are done when they start to brown.
Storage:
This cauliflower will keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
Reheating:
Place your cauliflower in your Air Fryer. Add 1/3 cup of water on the bottom of your AF and run it at 350 F (175 C) for 3-5 minutes shaking the basket/tray halfway.
