Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) while you get everything else ready.
  • Wash and dry your Brussels sprouts. Trim the Brussels sprouts' ends and take off any outer leaves that are yellow or brown. Split each one in half, lengthwise. Make sure that all the Brussels sprouts are roughly the same size so that they cook evenly, you might have to cut the bigger ones in quarters.
  • To a bowl add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and the grated parmesan over the Brussels sprouts and shake well to mix.
  • Spray oil your air fryer basket/tray and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 12 minutes, shaking the basket/tray vigorously halfway through.

Notes

How to Air Fry Frozen Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) while you get everything ready. Don’t thaw your Brussels sprouts at all. If there's excess ice buildup on them, rinse them under water and dry them with paper towels. Add the Brussels sprouts to a bowl and mix with the oil, spices and grated parmesan. Place in the air fryer basket/tray and air fry at 400 F (200 C) for 10 minutes. Take out and shake very well. Air fry again for another 7-8 minutes. Your Brussels sprouts are done when they start to brown.

Storage Instructions

These Brussels sprouts will keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.

Reheating Instructions

Place your Brussels sprouts in your air fryer. Add 1/4 cup of water on the bottom of your air fryer and run it at 350 F (175 C) for 3-5 minutes shaking the basket/tray halfway.
