Ingredients

Instructions

  • Scrub the skins of your potatoes very well as you're not going to peel them for this recipe.
  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 200 ℃ (400℉) while you get everything else ready.
  • Cut the potatoes into small pieces (about one inch thick) and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder and toss very well to coat.
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer. Avoid overcrowding them and place them in the air fryer in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the potatoes in two batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Serve immediately when the potatoes are fork tender, crispy on the outside, and cooked through.
