Ingredients

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the potatoes well.
  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Cut the potatoes into small square pieces (about 3/4 inch thick) and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees celsius (400 degree Fahreinheit) while you get everything else ready.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings then toss very well to coat.
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer. Avoid overcrowding them and place them in the air fryer in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the potatoes in two batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Serve immediately when the potatoes are fork tender, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
