Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Cut your french bread loaves in half lengthwise.
Prepare and cut your meats, mushrooms, pineapple and onion.
Drizzle the pizza sauce on the loaves and spread all the way to the edge with the back of a spoon. Add most of the shredded cheese, reserving a little for the end.
Add the toppings to the loaves, distributing them as evenly as possible. We like to pair ham and pineapple together with the onions, and the pepperoni together with the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with the rest of the shredded cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
For extra crispiness, you can broil them for a couple of minutes before taking them out.
Sprinkle with parsley and cut into smaller pieces. Serve hot.
