Add the cream cheese to a bowl and add the garlic, herbs and some salt and pepper.
Whip by hand with a whisk or rubber spatula, or use a hand mixer on low speed to combine all the ingredients well.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, to let the flavours develop.
