Ingredients

  • 2 pouches Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Strawberry flavour
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • fresh fruit sliced or cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup granola optional

Instructions

  • Add the Carnation Breakfast Essentials® powder to your blender, along with the milk, the kiwis, and the frozen strawberries.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two bowls and top with some sliced fresh fruit and a few tablespoons of your favourite granola (optional).
  • Serve, and enjoy!
