Soak about 8 wooden skewers in some water, or set aside metal skewers to use for this recipe (this will prevent the skewers from burning).
Cut the pork steaks or pork roast into square chunks about 1 and a half inches to 2 inches in length.
Whisk together the wine, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, basil, parsley, seasoning salt, and pepper until well combined.
Push the chunks of pork onto the soaked skewers, about 4-6 pieces per skewer depending on the size.
Pour the marinade into a shallow container or baking dish and place the pork skewers into the marinade, turning several times to coat.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, place in the fridge and let marinate from 1 to 6 hours.
Heat your barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil (if necessary). You can also use a large frying pan or griddle.
Grill the skewers for about 3-6 minutes per side until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 65 degrees Celsius (150 Fahrenheit).
Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
