Baked Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip

This Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip is a delicious & easy baked appetizer that's perfect for a crowd! It's creamy, spicy, & packed with chicken & ranch flavour!

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 16 ounces full fat cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning dip mix
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup full fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (Frank's brand is great, but your favourite hot sauce works) Use up to 1/2 cup hot sauce if you prefer more spicy foods
  • 1 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese reserve 1/3 cup for topping
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese reserve 1/4 cup for topping
  • celery sticks and crackers for dipping


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9-inch by 9-inch (or equivalent) baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and cream cheese until the cream cheese is smooth and everything is well combined.
  • Add the ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, sour cream and hot sauce and mix well until completely blended.
  • Fold in the shredded cheeses, leaving some for topping the dip before baking.
  • Put the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top, topping it with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with celery sticks and crackers for dipping.



Make this dip up to 2 days ahead of time by storing in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap, until ready to bake.
