Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a large baking dish or baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Place the chicken drumsticks in the baking dish skin side-up and dust the spice mixture over them.
Roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and brush generously with the barbecue sauce (Make my Homemade Honey Garlic Barbecue Sauce for best results!). Roast for another 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 Celsius).
Serve with your favourite side dishes.
This recipe can be made with any bone-in skin-on chicken pieces (thighs or legs work well).
