Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces goat cheese (a variety with herbs or fried fruit is best)
  • 7 ounces brie cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounces blue cheese
  • 3 1/2 ounces Pecorino cheese with black peppercorns
  • 5 ounces sliced dry chorizo
  • 5 ounces dry salami (we like the Genoa variety)
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 1 cup grapes (a combination of red and green grapes is best)
  • 1 1/2 cups cherries
  • 1 cup assorted olives
  • serve with assorted crackers and baguette slices
  • serve with your favourite hummus (optional)

Instructions

  • Choose a large wooden board or platter and arrange the cheese and meat on the board first, leaving spaces between them.
  • Arrange the fruit, olives and crackers between the cheeses and meats.
  • Serve and enjoy!
