  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Add the oats to a bowl along with the spices, nuts and seeds.
  • Toss well to combine.
  • Drizzle the melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) over the oat mixture and toss very well to coat evenly.
  • Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet at bake for 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring once during baking.
  • Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy on yogurt with fruit for breakfast or a snack.
