Homemade Granola

large flake rolled oats

ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

pumpkin seeds

chopped pecans

sliced almonds

tablespoons
coconut oil
(melted)
1/2
cup
liquid honey
(or use maple syrup for a vegan option)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Add the oats to a bowl along with the spices, nuts and seeds.
Toss well to combine.
Drizzle the melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) over the oat mixture and toss very well to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet at bake for 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring once during baking.
Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
Enjoy on yogurt with fruit for breakfast or a snack.
