Ingredients
For the dressing:

mayonnaise

teaspoons
honey
2
tablespoons
red wine vinegar

teaspoon
salt
pepper
to taste
For the salad:
8
cups
fresh broccoli florets
8
slices
bacon
cooked to crisp and crumbled
1/3
cup
sunflower seeds
1
small
red onion
diced
1/3
cup
chopped pecans
1/2
cup
dried cranberries
Instructions
Add the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well until smooth and combined.
Add the broccoli to a large bowl and pour the dressing over the broccoli. Toss very well to coat.
Add the bacon crumbles, sunflower seeds, diced onion, pecans, and cranberries, and toss well to combine.
Serve immediately, or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
