This Easy Restaurant-Style Blender Salsa is so easy to make, and makes the perfect healthy snack or appetizer!

Ingredients
800gramscanned plum tomatoes
1green bell pepperchopped
1small yellow onionchopped
4-5clovesgarlicminced
zest and juice of one lime
1/2jalapeno pepperdiced (seeds removed)
1/4cupcilantro leaves
1teaspooncumin
3/4tspsea salt
a pinch or two of white sugar
Instructions
Add the tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic, lime zest and juice, diced jalapeno, cilantro leaves, cumin, salt and sugar to your blender (or food processor).
Pulse on low speed just until the salsa reaches the desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips for dipping or with your favourite Mexican foods.
