Berry Banana Oat Smoothie
This Berry Banana Oat Smoothie is the perfect dairy-free breakfast full of delicious fruit and a healthy dose of whole grains!

- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 3/4 cups light coconut milk (one 400 ml can) coconut water, soy milk, almond milk or any other dairy-free milk substitute works too!
Add the banana, oats, frozen berries and coconut milk to your blender.
Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
