Healthy Green Protein Smoothie
This Healthy Green Protein Smoothie makes the perfect breakfast or post-workout snack! It's packed with fruit and greens, and it's vegan & dairy-free!

- 1 banana
- 2 medium apples chopped, skin on
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder vanilla flavour
- 5 cups fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon each chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or ground flax seed optional
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Add up to 1/2 cup more coconut water, if necessary, to reach desired consistency.
Pour into cups or glasses and enjoy!
