This Easy Charcuterie Board is the perfect simple appetizer featuring a variety of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, nuts & olives!

- 3 1/2 ounces goat cheese (a variety with herbs or fried fruit is best)
- 7 ounces brie cheese
- 3 1/2 ounces blue cheese
- 3 1/2 ounces Pecorino cheese with black peppercorns
- 5 ounces sliced dry chorizo
- 5 ounces dry salami (we like the Genoa variety)
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 1 cup grapes (a combination of red and green grapes is best)
- 1 1/2 cups cherries
- 1 cup assorted olives
- serve with assorted crackers and baguette slices
- serve with your favourite hummus (optional)
Choose a large wooden board or platter and arrange the cheese and meat on the board first, leaving spaces between them.
Arrange the fruit, olives and crackers between the cheeses and meats.
Serve and enjoy!
