  • Add everything but the water to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until creamy and smooth.
  • Add in 1/4 c of the water and start whisking slowly, increasing your whisking speed as the water combines with the rest of the dressing. Drizzle in more water slowly and whisk until you achieve the preferred consistency of your dressing. Our preference is to use the whole 1/2 cup of water.
  • Serve over your favourite salads, or store in the fridge in a jar or other airtight container until ready to serve.

This salad dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 week, in a tightly sealed jar or airtight container. You might need to add a little more water to it when you want to use it, whisking or shaking well before serving.
