Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 450 ml light coconut milk coconut water, soy milk, almond milk or any other dairy-free milk substitute works too!

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, oats, frozen berries and coconut milk to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
