These Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos are a quick and easy dinner made with ground chicken smashed onto tortillas with a simple homemade Caesar Salad. They're ready in just 25 minutes and perfect for busy weeknights!
Add the ground chicken to a bowl with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir or mix with your hands until the spices are distributed throughout the ground chicken.
Split the ground chicken in 4 equally sized balls.
Smash them on top of the 4 tortillas, trying to get as close to the edge as possible. The meat will shrink as it cooks so this step is important.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add a spray of oil.
Once hot, add the tacos, meat side down and fry for 1-2 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes longer, until the tortilla starts to brown.
For serving the tacos:
Add one cup of the Caesar salad onto each of the 4 tacos, meat side up.
Add the cooked crumbled bacon on top of each taco.
Serve immediately.
