Add all the ingredients to a large jar or salad dressing shaker.
Shake very well until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
Serve over your favourite Greek salads or store in the fridge until you're ready to use.

This recipe makes 2 1/4 cups of dressing. If you want to make less, you can easily halve the recipe.
Storage Instructions
Store this dressing in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Sometimes the oil in the dressing will harden when stored in the fridge. If it does, simply leave the dressing at room temperature for 20 minutes and mix well again before using.
