  • Add the pressed garlic and grated ginger to a clean jar.
  • Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, put the lid on and shake well, or blend with an immersion blender or food processor for a smoother consistency.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  • Serve with your favourite fresh spring rolls, noodles, or salad.
