Easy Roasted Garlic Butter Shrimp

- 36 large shrimp, fresh or defrosted (tails and shells on or off), rinsed and dried
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper (optional)
- juice of one lemon
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the shrimp to the baking sheet, along with the melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
Toss well to ensure the shrimp are well coated and spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Nestle the lemon slices into the shrimp, spread out over the baking sheet.
Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 to 10 minutes or until they just turn pink.
Serve immediately over a salad or with your favourite side dishes.
