4cupsfresh spinach
2cupshalved cherry tomatoes
1/4cupClassic Creamy Italian Dressing (recipe linked below)OR your favourite Italian-style salad dressing
Add the olives, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, prosciutto, pepperoni, mozzarella, parmesan, and basil leaves on the top of the salad (toss gently if necessary).
