Healthy Strawberry Lemonade

This Healthy Strawberry Lemonade is the perfect naturally-sweetened refreshing drink for summer! It's made from blended strawberries, fresh lemon juice and honey, so it's the perfect healthy refreshment for warm days and summer parties!

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup honey (liquid honey is best) or other vegan substitute
  • juice of 7 lemons (each lemon produces about 2 tablespoons of juice)
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1-2 cups ice (optional)
  • 3-4 cups sparkling water (less if using ice)
  • lemon slices, fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)


  1. Add the water, honey, lemon juice, strawberries and ice (if using) to the blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until frothy and smooth.

  3. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds and add the mixture to a large jug.

  4. Add the sparkling water and stir well to combine (add only 1-2 cups of sparkling water if you've added ice to the lemonade mixture).

  5. Serve in mason jars or pretty glasses with a lemon slice on the rim and fresh strawberries, and additional ice if desired.

Recipe Notes

Rim the glasses with sugar if desired, by dipping the rims of the empty glasses in some water and then 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Fill the glasses with the lemonade after they've been rimmed with the sugar.
