Healthy Pomegranate Lemonade
This Healthy Pomegranate Lemonade is the perfect summer drink made with fresh pomegranates, lemons, and sweetened naturally with no refined sugar! It's easy to make and so refreshing!

- 5 lemons, juiced
- 1/3 cup honey or other vegan honey substitute
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 3-4 cups water or sparkling water
Add the lemon juice, honey, 1 cup water, and pomegranate seeds to the blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a jug or pitcher to remove the hard parts of the pomegranate seeds, and add the remaining 3-4 cups of water or sparkling water (to your taste). Stir well.
Serve with lemon slices, ice, and pomegranate arils in the glass, if desired.
