Notes

Storage instructions

These Air Fryer Pork Chops are best enjoyed right after they come out of the air fryer, but feel free to store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.

Reheating instructions

Reheat in the air fryer for about 2-3 minutes or until warmed through. It's best to reheat the pork chops before they've been cut, to ensure they don't dry up too much.

Freezing instructions

You can freeze these pork chops in freezer safe containers for up to 3 months but make sure you protect them well from freezer burn. To reheat them, you can either thaw them in the fridge overnight and follow classic reheating instructions or put them in the air fryer wrapped in aluminum foil for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celcius).

How to Air Fry Frozen Pork Chops

To start, separate the frozen pork chops (unseasoned) and if there’s excess ice buildup on the pork, rinse them under water and dry them with paper towels.
Pat the seasoning onto the frozen chops as directed in the recipe.
Spray the inside of the air fryer with cooking spray. Place the frozen pork inside and air fry for about 8 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Open the air fryer, flip the pork chops and air fry for another 4-8 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
