Slice the steak thinly (1/4 -1/2 inch). Add the steak slices to a bowl along with the spices and the lime juice and zest. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C) while you get everything else ready.
Slice the onion in wedges and thinly slice the bell peppers. You'll want all your veggies to be cut to roughly the same size. Add the spices and the lime juice and zest to a bowl with the veggies and mix well.
Add the veggies to the Air Fryer spraying the bottom of the Air Fryer and the top of the veggies with spray oil. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 8 minutes, shaking the basket/tray halfway through. If you have a small air fryer, cook only half the veggies (you'l have to cook in two batches).
Add the steak slices on top of your veggies and spray them with a bit of oil. Air Fry for 3-5 more minutes or until the internal temperature of the steak is 54 degrees Celsius. If you have a small air fryer, cook only half the steak (you'l have to cook in two batches).
Remove the veggies and steak to a serving plate (and cook the other half of the veggies and steak, if your air fryer is too small to accommodate the whole batch).
Serve with fresh tortillas, cilantro sour cream, cheese, avocado and limes.

Reheating Instructions
Place your steak and veggies in your Air Fryer and run it at 350 F (175 C) for 4-5 minutes shaking the basket/tray halfway through cooking.
