Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the chicken drumsticks and potatoes to a large sheet pan, baking sheet or baking dish.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the chicken and potatoes.
Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning, minced garlic and sea salt over the chicken and potatoes.
Toss everything together well so the chicken and potatoes are well coated in the oil and spices.
Move the chicken and potatoes to one side of the pan, leaving room for the green beans (to be added later).
Bake for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and add the green beans.
Add the pan back to the oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 74 degrees Celsius (165 Fahrenheit), and the potatoes are fork tender.
Add some freshly chopped parsley and some lemon slices (optional) for serving.
