Add the chunks of sweet potato onto a standard baking sheet and drizzle to olive oil and honey over them.
Sprinkle over the salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, and garlic powder and toss everything well to coat. Arrange the chunks of sweet potato in an even layer on the baking sheet.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are crispy on the outside and fork tender.
Serve immediately.
