Golden Turmeric Hummus
This Golden Turmeric Hummus is the perfect easy-to-make snack or appetizer made with chickpeas, turmeric and garlic!

- 1 540 ml can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- juice of one lemon
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- roasted chickpeas, chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Add the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, turmeric, cumin, salt, and lemon juice to the food processor.
Blend on high speed and drizzle the olive oil in while the food processor is on, and continue blending until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
Scrape it into a serving bowl or container and top with some roasted chickpeas (optional), a drizzle of olive oil, or some fresh chopped parsley.
Serve with pita chips or veggies for dipping.
