I don’t know about you, but in our house hummus is something we almost always have in the fridge! We love eating it for lunch on bread or with veggies for dipping, and our kids love it with pretzels for a snack in the afternoon after school. This Golden Turmeric Hummus is so delicious and creamy, and flavoured with lots of garlic and turmeric! Trust me, you’re going to love it!

This Golden Turmeric Hummus is just another one of our favourite ways to eat hummus!
How to make Golden Turmeric Hummus
This Hummus recipe is so easy to make. Just follow these steps:
- Rinse and drain your chickpeas (it’s easiest to use the canned variety).
- Add the chickpeas to your food processor, along with all the other hummus ingredients.
- Process on high speed while you drizzle in the olive oil until smooth.
- Serve with your favourite pita chips, pretzels or veggies for dipping!

- Food processor or blender

- Add the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, turmeric, cumin, salt, and lemon juice to the food processor.
- Blend on high speed and drizzle the olive oil in while the food processor is on, and continue blending until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
- Scrape it into a serving bowl or container and top with some roasted chickpeas (optional), a drizzle of olive oil, or some fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve with pita chips or veggies for dipping.
