Spring is here and for many of us that means Easter is coming soon! Unfortunately this year it looks like big family Easter gatherings will be out of the question, but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate at home with your little family and enjoy a nice Easter dinner. This fruity punch recipe is my go-to non-alcoholic drink for holidays, birthdays and almost every gathering I host, and it’s always a hit!
Making your own fruit punch from scratch couldn’t be easier. Simply pour all the juices into your favourite pitcher or punch bowl and add some ice! I like to serve punch in these stemless wine glasses because they’re just so classy and beautiful (affiliate link)! And they’re pretty inexpensive too, so they won’t break the bank.
How to make the fruit punch recipe
- Use a punch bowl or large pitcher. Be sure you have a container big enough to hold at least 3-4 litres. THIS ONE is great (affiliate link).
- Use good quality juice. When you’re making homemade punch choosing a high-quality brands and 100% real juice is important!
- Make it fresh. Pour your juices together right before serving. This will help your punch taste fresh!
- Don’t forget the carbonation. Adding ginger ale, 7-Up or Sprite, or even club soda adds a delicious sparkling quality to any punch, making it something special!
- Add some decoration. Adding fresh or frozen berries, ice, and citrus slices take your punch to the next level!

Is the lemonade concentrate added without diluting it?
Yes!
Is this a 6 oz or 12 oz can of concentrate?
You need half of a 12 oz(standard) can or a 6 oz can
Can you add Vanilla ice cream to this recipe if you wanted a creamier/frothy punch?
I have never tried it myself so I couldn’t tell you, but if you do try, please let us know! ☺️
Does the lemonade have to be frozen? Thanks!
The lemonade concentrate has to be frozen, yes!
Currently looking for a recipe that doesn’t use pineapple. Any suggestions for a replacement? Would apple juice or an apple & grape combo work?
Yes! I like replacing the pineapple juice with green apple juice.
Thank you for setting this recipe up to multiple for a crowd! You have taken all the guess work out of the process. Making this for a bridal shower, I know it will be a hit!

Are the servings 8 oz or 4 oz? I have a group of 80 to prepare for. Your early response will be REALLY appreciated! Thank you.
One serving is a cup or 8 oz.
Hello, planning on making this but I’m not sure what frozen lemonade concentrate is? Is it just frozen lemon cordial? Thanks
Frozen lemonade concentrate is a homogeneous sugar lemon water mixture that you can buy (frozen) in stores and is used to make lemonade by combining it with water in a 1:5 ratio. Hope this helps ☺️
Hey. I have got the bottle of lemonade concentrate, is this still correct if I freeze this? What consistency is it meant to be when making the punch?
It should look like a sorbet or a more solid slushy.
I would like to make this for Easter. Would this work well in a beverage dispenser? Or stick to a punch bowl?
Yes, it would work in a beverage dispenser.
Can this be made in advance without adding the ice and adding the Ginger Ale before serving?
Yes! Sure 💛
Has anyone added Prosecco to this to bring some spirits into it for adults?
This sounds amazing, can you tell me how many ounces/gallons this will make? I may have skipped over that, if so….sorry.
This recipe makes 12 cups of punch or 0,75 gallons.
Thoughts on an optional splash of prosecco to individual glasses?
Sure! Sounds good to us!
Nice post information
Thanks!
Can you use sprite instead of ginger ale or would that make it too lemony do you think?
I think it will be fine, maybe just lacking some ginger flavour but you can always add some fresh ginger to it.
