This Easy Charcuterie Board recipe tutorial couldn’t be easier, and there’s no cooking involved! Trust me, you’ll love it!
How to Make an Easy Charcuterie Board at Home
- Go for colour! Choose a variety of different meats and cheeses with different colours – goat cheese with herbs or cranberries, deep orange salami, pink prosciutto, white brie, multi-coloured peppercorns, bright green grapes…you get the idea! The more colour, the better!
- Go for variety! Choose some hard cheeses, some soft cheeses, some buttery crackers, some crispy ones, baguette slices, sweet grapes, tart cherries, and spicy hummus. Variety is the spice of life and it takes a charcuterie board over the top!
- Balance sweet and salty! Adding some sweet fruit to the board with savoury cheese and salty crackers is always a great idea.
- Go for texture! Think nuts, seeds, herbs, peppercorns, olives, smooth items, crunch items…the sky is the limit!

Easy Charcuterie Board
Recipe: Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces goat cheese (a variety with herbs or fried fruit is best)
- 7 ounces brie cheese
- 3 1/2 ounces blue cheese
- 3 1/2 ounces Pecorino cheese with black peppercorns
- 5 ounces sliced dry chorizo
- 5 ounces dry salami (we like the Genoa variety)
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 1 cup grapes (a combination of red and green grapes is best)
- 1 1/2 cups cherries
- 1 cup assorted olives
- serve with assorted crackers and baguette slices
- serve with your favourite hummus (optional)
Recipe: Instructions
- Choose a large wooden board or platter and arrange the cheese and meat on the board first, leaving spaces between them.
- Arrange the fruit, olives and crackers between the cheeses and meats.
- Serve and enjoy!
