Servings: 8 servings
Calories: 486kcal
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (liquid)
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 Snickers bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup roasted, salted peanuts (shells removed), optional
Instructions
- Add the heavy whipping cream to a large bowl and whip on high speed until it reaches hard peaks.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder and fold in with a rubber spatula until completely combined (no streaks of cocoa remaining). Be careful not to deflate the mixture while folding - try to keep as much air in the whipped cream as possible.
- Prepare a large loaf pan or container by lining it with parchment paper.
- Add a layer of the chocolate cream mixture in the bottom of the parchment-lined loaf pan and top it with a small handful of the Snickers chunks and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Repeat another layer of the chocolate cream mixture, more caramel sauce and more chunks of Snickers bar, and repeat again until all the chocolate cream mixture has been used. Top with a few more chunks of Snickers bar and another drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Freeze for 6 hours or overnight for best results. Scoop and serve once it's frozen, and enjoy!
