Pear Salad with Walnuts, Prosciutto, and Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 cups arugula or mixed greens
- 2 pears cut into thin slices
- 8 slices prosciutto cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup goat cheese crumbled
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 8-10 tablespoons Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (recipe linked in instructions below)
Instructions
- Add the greens to a large bowl or platter.
- Add the sliced pears on top, along with the prosciutto, crumbled goat cheese, onion and walnuts.
- When ready to serve, drizzle the Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing on top (recipe HERE), toss, and serve.
