I don’t know about you, but for me there’s absolutely nothing better than fresh fruit in the summer time. I frequent my local farmer’s market almost daily for fresh produce (because when it’s all organic and pesticide-free, it doesn’t last long!) and I love finding new ways to enjoy all the fresh fruit we find at the market. My kids and I LOVE this Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Dip and it’s one of our favourite simple desserts in the summer time!
I love making healthy summer treats and I’ve shared many of them with you in the past, including this Healthy Honey Greek Yogurt Cheesecake, these Healthy Vegetarian Nachos, and this Healthy Cucumber Lemonade. This Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Dip is always such a hit with friends and family that I knew it just had to make its way onto the blog sooner or later! Feel free to leave off the graham cracker crumbs on top if you’d like to make this fruit dip gluten-free! I add them for a little bit of colour and texture, and that traditional cheesecake flavour, but this Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Dip is just as delicious without them!

Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Dip
Recipe: Ingredients
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (low fat)
- 5-7 strawberries, chopped and mashed
- 1-2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (for garnish, optional)
Recipe: Instructions
- Add the cream cheese to a bowl and whip on high speed using a hand mixer (until fluffy).
- Whip in the powdered sugar until combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping and mashed strawberries until combined.
- Add to a small bowl for serving and garnish with the graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
