How to Make a Salad with Fruits
Time needed: 20 minutes
- Make the dressing first.
Making the dressing yourself is a great way to customize the flavour, and making it a little bit ahead of time and letting it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes helps add flavour!
- Choose your best bowl.
- Wash and prep your fruit.
Gently wash and dry your produce before adding it to the salad. Wet fruit will make the greens soggy, and nobody likes a soggy salad!
- Go for the same size.
Slice your fruit so the pieces are a similar size. This is a great trick to help with flavour distribution.
- Dress right before serving.
For ultimate freshness, don’t add the dressing until right before serving.
