How to make Crunchy Broccoli Salad
- Go for colour! Choose the freshest broccoli you can find with a beautifully deep green colour. Go for a whole head of broccoli and cut the florets off the stalk yourself for the freshest flavour (only use pre-cut florets if you have to).
- Go for texture! Add some sunflower seeds, pecans, bacon, and dried cranberries for a variety of textures and flavours.
- Make the dressing yourself. Whip up the 4-ingredient dressing in minutes – it tastes SO much better than any conventional store-bought dressing (and choose high-quality mayo to boost the flavour even more!
- Enjoy the leftovers! This salad keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days after it’s made, so enjoy it the next day too!
