Keep the florets as close to the same size as possible for even cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer.
Preheating your air fryer will cut down on cooking time.
- Spray with a small amount of oil.
Use an oil spray to help the seasoning stick to the cauliflower florets.
- Season the cauliflower well.
Seasoning the cauliflower adds a ton of flavour!
- Air fry in a single layer.
Overcrowding the air fryer can cause the cauliflower to steam and become soggy. For the perfect texture, avoid overcrowding and air fry in a single layer.

Air Fryer Cauliflower
Recipe: Equipment
Recipe: Instructions
- Wash and cut your cauliflower into florets (bite-sized). Let the florets drip and dry out on a paper towel lined plate or clean kitchen towel.
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) while you get everything else ready.
- In a bowl, over the florets, spray (or drizzle) olive oil, sprinkle the spices and lemon juice (if using). Mix them well so that the florets are coated all over.
- Spray or drizzle ½ tbsp of oil in your air fryer
- Place your cauliflower florets in the basket or tray of your Air Fryer in a single layer, so that they don’t overlap.
- Air Fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 5-7 minutes, shaking your basket halfway. Your cauliflower florets are done when they start to brown. Do the same with the other half of your florets, if cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding (this will depend on the size of your air fryer).
- Enjoy!
