Shrimp is one of our family’s favourite protein sources – we don’t eat it that often because it’s a little more on the expensive side, but when the good, sustainably sourced shrimp is on sale in the frozen section I like to stock up on big bags for stir fries and recipes like this delicious Easy Roasted Garlic Butter Shrimp! I love to enjoy these shrimp over a salad for lunch, or along side our favourite Garlic Mashed Potatoes for dinner with a salad or some grilled veggies. Our kids gobble these up and they’re just SO good!!Looking for more?
