Happy Monday friends! I’ve got a fantastic recipe for you on this lovely fall day – my favourite easy homemade Golden Milk Latte, made with turmeric!
I don’t know about where you live, but we are waking up to some cold mornings these days. I’m loving warming up in the morning with a hot drink and this is one of my favourites!
Golden Milk Latte
I love finding ways to make my favourite coffee shop drinks at home, like this Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Latte and this Homemade Earl Grey Tea Latte (London Fog), for two reasons: I like saving money, and I LOVE giving my favourite treats a healthy makeover!
This golden milk latte can be made with milk and maple syrup (which is our favourite way to enjoy it), or it can also be made with your favourite dairy-free milk (Oat Milk, Almond Milk, etc.), agave nectar or honey, and even with Stevia for a low-carb sugar-free version.

Easy Healthy Golden Milk Latte
Recipe: Ingredients
- 3 cups milk (or dairy-free milk of your choice)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (OR honey, agave nectar, or use a few drops of your favourite Stevia)
- ground cinnamon for garnish
Recipe: Instructions
- Heat the milk in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat.
- Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup and whisk to combine.
- Continue to heat and whisk just until the milk reaches a boil.
- Froth the latte in the pot using a hand-held frother (if you have one) or continue to whisk off the heat to create some foam.
- Pour into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
