Vegan Hot Chocolate
I love sharing all my favourite warm winter drinks with you, like this Healthy Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate recipe, or this Pumpkin Spice Latte, because there’s nothing better than making your own coffee-shop style drink at home. I do this all the time to save time and money, and also to be able to make drinks exactly how we want them. Vegan hot chocolate can be hard to find at local coffee shops, so making your own with your favourite dairy-free milk and all-natural sweetener is the best way to enjoy this seasonal treat! We love making ours with unsweetened coconut milk and maple syrup, but feel free to make yours with agave to sweeten and whatever non-dairy milk you choose – almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or oat milk are all great choices!
