Leading a busy lifestyle like I do as a working mom means I rely on quick and easy healthy meals and snacks to give me the energy I need to get through my busy days. Smoothies are a quick breakfast and post-workout snack I make on the regular and this Strawberry Peach Smoothie is one of my favourites!! Smoothies aren’t just a great breakfast or post-workout snack – I also often enjoy smoothies as a lunch when I’m on the go and don’t have time to make a meal. If I’m going to enjoy this Peach Mango Smoothie instead of a meal, I add a scoop of healthy protein powder, some greens like fresh kale or spinach, and a scoop of nut butter for some extra protein and healthy fat. How to make a smoothie:
A delicious fruit smoothie is very easy to make, especially if you have a good-quality, high-powered blender like this one from Blendtec (affiliate link). Just add all the ingredients into the blender (don’t forget the liquid!), and blend on high speed until smooth, or use the smoothie setting if your blender has one like mine does. It’s truly that easy! And feel free to make whatever substitutions you want according to your dietary needs or tastes, but be sure to keep the amount of fruit and the amount of liquid consistent to achieve the perfect smoothie texture that’s not too thick and not too thin.

Strawberry Peach Smoothie
This Strawberry Peach Smoothie is is creamy and delicious, packed with peaches, strawberries, & bananas - simple, nutritious, and dairy-free!
Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup peach juice
- 1 cup coconut milk or use almond milk, dairy milk, etc.
