Your smoothie looks and sounds delicious! But, what I really loved was your story of your weekend sans kiddos. The great meals, the short & flip flops, the popcorn, it all sounds fun and real 🙂

My daughter made almost this exact smoothie for me the other day and it was delicious! Do you ever freeze the banana? I'm saving the recipe so I can make it for myself.
