Smoothies are SO easy to make, especially if you have a good-quality, high-powered blender like this one from Blendtec (affiliate link). Simply throw in all the ingredients (don’t forget the liquid), and blend on high speed until smooth. It’s truly that easy! And feel free to make whatever substitutions you want! Smoothies make a great breakfast or post-workout snack, and they even make a great lunch if you’re on the go and don’t have time to stop for something more substantial. Blackberry Kale Superfood Smoothie
This Blackberry Kale Superfood Smoothie is the perfect healthy smoothie packed with kale & juicy blackberries - vegan and dairy-free!
Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blackberries (or use fresh, if desired)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 large handfuls kale leaves
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or use Greek yogurt for a vegetarian option)
