Are you a person who loves sweets, or are you into salty snacks? I am definitely more into salty than sweet and I’d choose popcorn or chips and dip over cake or pie every single day of the week! This Ranch Dip with cheddar and bacon is one of our favourite salty treats and I’m excited to be sharing it with you today!
While I was growing up, my dad’s favourite snack was ripple chips and dip and it was always a good time when he brought out his favourite snack to share. There’s almost nothing better than a good chip dip, and this Ranch Dip packed with cheddar and bacon does not disappoint!

How to make easy Ranch Dip
Just combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stir together well, and cover with plastic wrap. Be sure to refrigerate your dip for at least 4 hours to let the flavours blend together. Garnish with some cheese, green onions, and bacon, and you’re all ready to enjoy!

- mayonnaise

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Dip

Recipe: Ingredients
- 170 grams cream cheese about 6 ounces, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning (dip mix) 28 grams
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded orange cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4-5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
Recipe: Instructions
- Add the room temperature cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise to a medium bowl and whisk well to combine until there are no lumps.
- Stir in the Ranch seasoning.
- Add the cheese, green onions, and crumbled bacon, reserving a small amount of each for the top.
- Stir everything together well add the dip to a clean bowl for serving. Add the remaining cheese, green onions, and bacon to the top of the dip.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Serve with chips or veggies for dipping.
